 Requirements and Procedure For Our Clients

Employer’s Manpower Demand
With a level of satisfaction and credibility to cater for the needs of our valued clients, initially the employers place a firm order for their manpower requirement. On receiving the detailed job descriptions from the client for each category of workers, the terms and conditions of employment, inter alia others are negotiated with the selected candidate:
                                    

  Period of Contract : Minimum 1-2-3 years (Renewable)
  Probation Period : 90 Days or according to labor laws of the employer's country.
  Daily Working Hours : 08 Hours per day
  Weekly Working Days : 06 Days per week
  Weekly Rest Day : 01 Day
  Rate of Overtime : As per laws of the host country or minimum 1½ time of the hourly wages.
  Accommodation : Free of cost bachelor type accommodation is to be provided  by the employer.
  Mess Facilities : Free food or food allowance to be paid by employer.
  Medical Facilities : Free Medical treatment including hospitalization provided by employer.
  Transportation : Free transport to and from the work place is provided by the employer.
  Air Passage : As per contract/agreement, mostly free air ticket is provided by employer.
  Vacation : As per labor laws of employer’s country.
  Illness Leave : As per labor laws of employer’s country
  Social Security / Insurance : Employee is covered at the cost of employer according to labor laws of host country.
  Death Liability : Dispatch of dead bodies or repatriation due to serious injury is at employer’s expenses.

Facilities and Assistance provided to the Overseas Clients in Pakistan for Manpower Recruitment
Delegates/Representatives of our esteemed clients visiting Pakistan in connection with the recruitment are provided all necessary facilities including safety and lodging arrangements. Interviews with the candidates are also arranged and the selected candidates are sent for trade tests, medical examinations, etc. A short notice arrangement for skilled workers can also be made as we have access to a large number of skilled workers in all the major areas of the country.
 
Employment Promoter’s Guarantee
Generally no guarantee is offered by the employment promoter to the principal/employer for the workers selected by the clients’ representative's) during their visit to our office. Besides, we assure that the workers presented to the clients’ representatives for interview and selected by them are apparently found reliable and efficient. In exceptional cases whereby the worker turns out to be incompetent or inefficient and the employer terminates his services, Mumtaz Agencies arrange his replacement free of charge exclusive of travel expenses.

RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE


A. Documentation Required From The Employers.


To streamline the export of manpower in Pakistan, the Government of Pakistan have appointed Overseas Employment Promoters after thoroughly satisfying themselves with the standing and credibility of the agents. For processing any demand of manpower for export, the procedure of recruitment is simple and starts with preparation of recruitment documents in our favor as follows:

A. Documentation Required From The Employers.
In order to regulate a smooth flow of Pakistani personnel for employment and to safeguard the interests of employees and the employers, the government of Pakistan has prescribed the following documents that should be completed to process the export of manpower from Pakistan. The Performa’s of these documents are incorporated in this site.

Power of Attorney
The power of Attorney is issued by the employer of their normal letterhead and serves as an authority for the Recruiting agency in Pakistan to recruit personnel on their behalf.

Letter of Requirement of Personnel
This letter is commonly known as “DEMAND LETTER” and is issued on the employer’s letter head giving details of manpower required together with salaries benefits etc. offered to the employees.

Authority letter
The authority letter enables us to process the visa formalities with the Embassy or consulate of the country to which the employee is proceeding.

B. SELECTION OF PERSONNEL

Permission Of Protectorate Of Emigrants / Advertisement
After receiving the demand letter from the employer, we register ourselves as authorized promoters on behalf of the employer in Pakistan and we officially obtain permission for selection of required personnel. For all such Foreign Demand for manpower as per Government of Pakistan Regulations, it is must to get registered with the Protectorate of Emigrants first and then advertise for the required Manpower in the local Newspaper, Without Protectorate permission no selection and recruitment is legal. Moreover, the workers needed by our agency are spread all over Pakistan and also are Pakistanis working in the foreign countries. It is the advertising media we utilize to attract workers of the required standards. We also have highly paid personal contacts and our own placements to maintain a comprehensive candidature of manpower.


First Interview Call
By advertising in the news and from labor pool duly mentioning the pre-requisite and selection criteria of the post (qualifications, Trade, Experience etc.) which we maintain in our notice, we call the most appropriate candidate for the preliminary interview and choose good/deserving candidates, for second phase i.e. practical tests.


Final Selection
After the applicants have passed through our interview board of highly qualified and experienced staff, they are put through the phase of extensive practical test at technical institutes with whom we have got regular arrangement and pay them certain fee. In the final selection we select only those personnel who have qualified all the tests and are most suitable and appropriate to the requirements of the employer.


Medical test
Complying with the immigration norms as well as regulations of several corporate, we ensure that the candidate is physically fit for the job.
We have leading Doctors registered with us. All personnel who have qualified in the required professions tests are thoroughly medically checked. These check-ups include:Stool test,Urine test, Blood test for VC etc.Chest X-Ray. Hepatitis C. test, All other vaccination etc is done as per international rules



C. TRANSPORTATION PHASE
Airline Reservation
After the completion of all the formalities we arrange reservation of seat’s according to the schedule by the employer.
Arrival Information
After confirmation of air line seat’s we inform our Principals about the arrival (date/time) of their Employees so that they can be conveniently received at the airport on arrival.
International Certificate Of Vaccination
We arrange the smallpox and cholera vaccinations yellow fever injection (for Africa) and obtain necessary certificate from the Government, (Health Department).
Airport Tax
At the time of departure of Employees, we pay airport tax for each individual.
Immigration & Embarkation Formalities.
We complete formalities at the time of departure of personnel at air port. Also we fill-in the embarkation cards etc, and get the employee through airline counter, Customs counter and the immigration police counter. We provide all possible help to employee till he embarks the aircraft.
Uniforms
As prescribed by the government of Pakistan Uniform (bush shirt and Trouser) in blue, Green, Grey or any other color (as desired by the employer) will be provided by us to unskilled, semi-skilled and skilled workers only.
