Employer’s Manpower Demand

The selection of a candidate is subject to the fulfillment of the conditions,
such as interview, trade testing, medical examination, etc., which are carried
out and completed by our staff and officers concerned. The trade tests are
conducted at our own trade test centers which conform to the internationally
accepted standards and working conditions of foreign countries. Trade and
psychometric tests ensure that the workers provided by Mumtaz Agencies are skilled and their performance at work conforms
to the desired standards. The medical and psychological examination are carried
out at the hospitals and medical centers approved by foreign
embassies/consulates where all modern medical facilities are available. This
implies that the workers finally selected possess good physical and mental
health and are competent to perform their duties with vigor and zeal. The salary
scales will be provided upon specific request of clients/employers. However, the
employment terms including the salary are always negotiable in context of other
benefits offered by the employer. In this respect, it is always our endeavor to
secure on equitable compensation package for the worker and similar benefits for
the employer.
Facilities and Assistance provided to the Overseas Clients in Pakistan for
Manpower Recruitment
Delegates/Representatives of our esteemed clients visiting Pakistan in
connection with the recruitment are provided all necessary facilities including
safety and lodging arrangements. Interviews with the candidates are also
arranged and the selected candidates are sent for trade tests, medical
examinations, etc. A short notice arrangement for skilled workers can also be
made as we have access to a large number of skilled workers in all the major
areas of the country.
Dispatch of Workers
The dispatch of workers to their respective destinations starts immediately
after all the legal formalities, documents and contractual requirements are
completed. There is no possibility of delay because we maintain close liaison
and cordial relations with foreign embassies, consulates, airlines and concerned
government agencies.
Employment Promoter’s Guarantee
Generally no guarantee is offered by the employment promoter to the
principal/employer for the workers selected by the clients’ representative(s)
during their visit to our office. Besides, we assure that the workers presented
to the clients’ representatives for interview and selected by them are
apparently found reliable and efficient. In exceptional cases whereby the worker
turns out to be incompetent or inefficient and the employer terminates his
services, Mumtaz Agencies arrange his
replacement free of charge exclusive of travel expenses.
