 Scope of Services Offered

1. Perform as the employer’s representative or liaison officer and coordinate with all the government offices in Pakistan relating to overseas employment of Pakistani workers.
2. Represent the employer in all litigation matters involved in the recruitment process and jointly undertake with the employer any liability or responsibility that may arise as a result of litigation.
3. Make effective use of print/electronic media as well as personal contacts for reliable search and selection of manpower with a strong focus on the employer’s specific requirements.
4. Our continuous involvement in overseas employment consulting for an extensive list of clients has resulted in creating a large applicants’ pool for diversified positions and gives an added value to our ever-increasing applicants’ database.
5. Provide ‘best value for money’ services to the employer and fulfill their urgent needs for manpower hiring, by utilizing our widespread connections all over Pakistan.
6. Assign qualified and experienced engineers from the organization to conduct and supervise the trade tests of various categories in our own reputed trade test centers.
7. Furnish complete medical examination details as defined by the employers from GCC approved medical centers.
8. Perform complete character analysis and ensure that the selected candidate doesn’t have any criminal record.
9. Obtain work visas from concerned foreign embassy/consulate.
10. Conduct complete orientation of workers prior to their departure to the country of employment.
11. Implement all administrative actions that are in compliance with the Government of Pakistan laws and regulations pertaining to overseas employment.
12. Make necessary air travel arrangements and furnish airline tickets for the country employment.
13. Complete all documentation procedures including verification/crosscheck of degrees/certificates and provide a duplicate set of the selected candidate’s processed documents along with fifteen (15) passport size photographs to the employer prior to the departure of the worker.
14. We guarantee to bear the full cost of repatriation for any worker selected by Mumtaz Agencies  if found unqualified during the probation period and further assert to provide suitable replacement free of charge.
15. Deployment time of selected workers: 3-5 weeks upon receipt of complete visa documents and final selection.
16. Update the employer’s office with weekly reports by email or fax.
